After an initial mix up on my order and a communications delay over the Christmas & New Year period, I finally got to speak to Peter. He was most helpful and generous is sorting out the mix up and arranging a new batch of fudge to be sent out to me very quickly. This was much appreciated and all the more notable in these times when is is difficult with many businesses to speak to a human being and get a competent response. The moral of the story is, when possible buy from a small personal business.

The only problem is your website - these are the issues: There is no separate "deliver to address which is essential" I needed it as this was a gift. The deliver to address appears on your site as the payment address. When I entered my PayPal details it brought up the recipients name which was worrying. It would be good if you offered a "gift wrap service" at a fee because your product can easily be used instead of flowers. The email notifications of shipping are not sent at the point of dispatch - they are much later and don't give an expected delivery date. Order confirmations should be issued virtually on order receipt and shipments should be notified as soon as the product leaves your site. I realise if you are dealing with businesses who may? not be as concerned but retail customers will expect an Amazon style response. I presume a strong retail business should yield the highest margins
